My render is taking a long time. Is that normal?

Yes. The seven previews are created one after another and take a few minutes altogether. You get a push notification as soon as everything is ready. The app can be closed in the meantime.

I paid, but I don't see the download.

After the purchase we render your file once more in full resolution, which takes a few minutes. If nothing has arrived after a quarter of an hour, write to us with the approximate time of purchase.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases go through Apple or Google, so you request refunds directly in the respective store. If you get stuck, our support can help by email.

How do I delete my account and my data?
