Delete account

You can request the deletion of your Small Steps account and all data connected to it at any time. We delete:

• your user account (Google, Apple or email sign-in)
• all scans and print images
• all rendered style previews and purchased files
• profile details (name, birth date of the child)
• push tokens

We keep purchase receipts only as long as commercial and tax law requires; they contain no images.

How to delete your account

The fastest way is in the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion runs immediately.

Alternatively, send an email to support@esbm-solutions.com with the subject "Delete account", ideally from the email address of your account, or tell us the address so we can match it. You find it in the app under Settings (with Apple sign-in and a hidden email, the relay address is shown there).

For the email route we confirm the deletion and carry it out within 30 days. Files you have already downloaded stay on your device. They belong to you.
